HPB Presents - Gradients

Hiya guys! Although Jersey was supposed to get more snow today it looks like mother nature changed her mind. Thank goodness. Even though I adore the possibility of not going into work, I hate the snow and the chaos it causes. So I think I'll stick with loving snow the only way I know how... through nail art! I didn't get to do too much snowflake art during December, but hey winter is far from over. This month the Hobby Polish Bloggers group on Facebook nail art prompt was... drumroll please... gradients! And here is what I ended coming up with!

The HPB group is short for 'Hobby Polish Blogger' group on Facebook. This group is home to veterans and novice blogger a like and the atmosphere is really friendly and inviting. Definitely recommend joining if you're a blogger yourself. We've been doing monthly link-ups for a while now and it has been such a fun experience.

For long time readers/followers, this mani should definitely be ringing some bells. And that's because this is actually a recreation of a mani I did last year for the holidays. Unlike last year, this next I opted for stamping rather than freehand. I have been stamping so much lately I feel like I'm gunning for the title of stamping queen or something. I mean... does someone have that title? Probably... but if not... DIBS!

Now here's a break down of everything else I used to create this mani:

As always, please be sure to subscribe if you haven't already!

Stamping the snowflakes is totally optional if you rather freehand. Honestly that was my original intention, but then I couldn't resist this brand new stamping plate sitting on my desk. Even though the whole point of this mani was for it to be textured, I feel like I probably should of used a topcoat just to see the results. Ah, the regrets.

I'm glad I was able to come up with something and participate in this months prompt. Be sure to visit the other talented bloggers who participated this month as well!
