Sassy Pants Polish - Ice Cream Social Collection

Hiya guys! Today I am sharing swatches for the newest collection from Sassy Pants Polish called Ice Cream Social. I'm excited to share these swatches with you today, because this collection inspired by one of my favorite things in the world... ice cream, duh! It's one of the foods I cannot live without and these polishes are really dreamy, so in other words it's the perfection combination for a happy Rose haha.

The Ice Cream Social Collection from Sassy Pants Polish will be available for purchase Monday, March 21st. Each full-size bottle will retail for $10 and mini's will retail for $6. The entire collection can be purchased as a full-size set for $55 or in a mini set for $33.

Sassy Pants Polish - Coconut Lime

Coconut Lime can be described as a lime green creme polish. This was the odd one out for me from the entire collection in terms of formula. The consistency was a bit on the patchy side and wouldn't self-level. If it wasn't for the patchy areas I could have got away with only using two thin coats. I spoke with Angie, creator of Sassy Pants Polish, and she has addressed the issue and reformulated the polish. Shown in three coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Sassy Pants Polish - Blue Moon

Blue Moon can be described as a baby blue creme polish. One of my favorites, of course, because I love my blue hues. I experienced no issues with the formula and it has a good opaque consistency. Shown in two coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Sassy Pants Polish - Purple Passion

Purple Passion can be described as a bright lavender creme polish. The formula applies evenly and layers nicely as it builds to an opaque finish. Very straight forward application like the majority of the polishes here. It has a quick dry-time as well. Shown in two coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Sassy Pants Polish - Orange Sherbet

Orange Sherbet can be described as an orange creamsicle toned creme polish. It's not common to find an orange that won't clash against my skin-tone so I am loving this shade. Not to mention it really makes me crave either sherbet like the namesake or a orange creamsicle. Sending a text to my husband to bring me ice cream on his way home from work, haha. Formula, like the two previous ones, has an easy sleek application with good self-leveling. Shown in three coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Sassy Pants Polish - Strawberry Sorbet

Strawberry Sorbet can be described as a bright pink creme polish. And the final creme of the collection is again just fantastic all around. Nice opaque consistency, builds up so smoothly and without any issues. I love how it looks against my skin tone as well. Shown in two coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Sassy Pants Polish - Sprinkles

Sprinkles can be described as a multi-colored hex glitter topper. Everyone knows the best topper for ice cream is sprinkles! Definitely a cute way to round out this creme collection by throwing this topper into the mix. The formula doesn't need any fishing, but does apply best when dabbed on. Super glitter heavy, obviously, so you're going to need to double topcoat for a smooth finish. Shown here with two coats over Blue Moon and sealed with a topcoat.

Overall I am so thrilled with this collection even though it's just cremes, which some don't find that exciting. Personally I just adore cremes and they're one of my top three favorite finishes. I also love the fact that the cremes, for the most part, share the exact same formula and consistency. I definitely see myself reaching for these quite a bit when it comes to nail art. And the tones are perfect for Spring, not too pastel and not too bright. But I want to hear from you guys, what do you think of these polishes?! Which one is your favorite?!

As I mentioned before, the Ice Cream Social Collection from Sassy Pants Polish will be available for purchase Monday, March 21st. Each full-size bottle will retail for $10 and mini's will retail for $6. The entire collection can be purchased as a full-size set for $55 or in a mini set for $33.
