Sally Hansen - Royal Splendor Collection Swatches (Partial)

Hiya guys. Today I'm sharing two shades from the Royal Splendor Collection from Sally Hansen Miracle Gel line. If you're not familiar with this line from Sally Hansen, Miracle Gel this is their no light gel system that gives you a long-lasting manicure for up to 14 days. As for this collection, there are five other shades available so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for them in stores.

The Royal Splendor Collection from Sally Hansen should be on shelves already starting this month of July. Each polish retails for $9.99 and you can find it at your local drugstores (i.e. Walgreens, CVS).

Sally Hansen - Mauve-olous

Mauve-olous can be described as a beige-tinged medium-pink tone creme. This is definitely a very delicate shade that brought out a lot of warmth from my skin-tone. It's also an office friendly color, which is nice for us who have to worry about our nails and workplace. The formula had a nice and evenly opaque application without any issues. Shown here in two coats plus a glossy topcoat.

Sally Hansen - Can’t Beet Royalty

Can’t Beet Royalty can be described as a rich maroon creme. Who doesn't love a vamp red? Red will forever be one of those classic shades that I feel I can never have enough variations of. The formula has a smooth application, but I was surprised at the lack of opacity. With two coats I still had a visible nail line and had to go in with a third to have full coverage. As for staining, the good news is that didn't stain my nail bed. But the bad news is that it did stain my cuticles badly during removal. Shown here in three coats plus a glossy topcoat.

Overall these are great additions to the Miracle Gel line as a whole, but aren't anything particularly unique to me. I can easily see someone with a large collection having something similar even within the Sally Hansen line. That said though, I cannot stop wearing Mauve-olous, it's actually my husbands favorite one too. Whenever your guy goes out of his way to compliment your polish then you know it's something worth wearing frequently, haha. I can see why he likes it though, it's a very toned down and relaxing shade.

To recap, the Royal Splendor Collection from Sally Hansen should be on shelves already starting this month of July. Each polish retails for $9.99 and you can find it at your local drugstores (i.e. Walgreens, CVS).

Which one is your favorite? Do you have any of the other shades I don't have swatches for?
