Colors By Llarowe: Vegas 2016 & September PotM

Hiya guys! Can you believe it's the end of the month? I feel like I just blinked and summer is now gone. But honestly good riddance, because Fall is my season - hot chocolate, hoodies, and leaves falling. Yes please! I'm getting a little bit ahead of myself as I still have the nice transition period to enjoy and with that some transitional polishes. Today I'm sharing swatches for two upcoming limited edition shades from Colors By Llarowe. Make sure you have your wallets at hand, because if these don't enable you I don't know what will.

Colors By Llarowe: Vegas 2016 & September PotM

Colors By Llarowe will be releasing the Polish of the Month and Vegas 2016 on September 1st. Pre-order will be open for 24 hours, from 12:00pm Mountain Time until 12:00pm Mountain Time the next day. Each shade retails for $12.00 and will not be offered again once it's sold out.

CbL Polish of the Month - September 2016 - Summer Always

Summer Always can be described as an aqua shimmer that shifts from gold to green to copper to violet, and a splash of scattered holo. There is nothing like a gorgeous rich aqua shade to make me feel like a mermaid. The shifts of copper are so surreal that it felt impossible to capture.

The formula has a smooth application with great consistency and self-leveling. Although it has a good opacity, you do need to layer more than a single coat for a completely opaque finish. This beauty dries to a smooth surface and a natural shine on its own. Shown here in two coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Colors By Llarowe - Vegas 2016

Vegas 2016 can be described as a deep blue-leaning teal with a stunning linear holo and silver shimmer. It also has a hint of golden copper, which sparkles intensely in sunlight. This is the special limited edition polish from the Las Vegas CPNA conference for 2016. Isn't this shade what vamp dreams are made of? I was drooling so much over it I had a hard time swatching, haha.

The formula has such an opaque application, it's practically a one coater. Perfect sleek and smooth consistency, not too thick or too thin. Even though the shade is highly pigmented, I was pleasantly surprise to not have any staining to my cuticles or nail bed. Always a mega-plus when it comes to a vamp shade. Shown here in two coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Overall both of these shades are absolutely gorgeous and suit any occasion or season. Even though both of these shades are beyond love, I do have to pick a favorite and that would be Vegas 2016. Photos seriously do not do it any justice, it's so much more holo and vamp in person. Will you guys be marking your calendars and setting those alarms? Which one is your favorite?

To recap, Colors By Llarowe will be releasing the Polish of the Month and Vegas 2016 on September 1st. Pre-order will be open for 24 hours, from 12:00pm Mountain Time until 12:00pm Mountain Time the next day. Each shade retails for $12.00 and will not be offered again once it's sold out.
