Sally Hansen Salon Manicure - Exotic Street Style Fall 2017

Hiya guys! It kind of just hit me that we are pretty much in the full-swing of Fall. I mean pumpkin spice lattes and Ugg boots are right around the corner. Basic? *eye-roll* I will be basic all day every day while my feet are comfy and I sip away a delicious drink. And I'll have bad ass nails to bost as well. Can you tell I'm full of sass this afternoon? Haha. Today I'm sharing two swatches from the Exotic Street Style Fall 2017 by Sally Hansen, part of the Complete Salon Manicure line. The entire collection consists of six different hues in cream and shimmer finishes. Let's go ahead and get right into the swatches!

Sally Hansen Salon Manicure - Exotic Street Style Fall 2017

The Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure shades are now available for purchase at your local drug store like Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid. These retail for around $6.99, depending on the store and any current sales.

Sally Hansen - Lan-Turn Up

Lan-Turn Up can be described as a molten metallic chrome. I am absolutely beyond living for this shade! It has so much shimmer and is really reflective in direct sunlight. I don't see shades like this very often from Sally Hansen, so when I do I'm beyond excited to add it to my collection. Plus points for complimenting my skin-tone as well!

The formula has a sheer application, but builds-up really nicely for full coverage. Nice smooth balanced consistency, not too thick or too thin. It dries down to a high-shine and has minimal brush strokes visible in the finish. There is some pesky shimmer that's annoying on removal, but that's a given and definitely worth it. Shown in two coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Marrakeshed From A Rose can be described as a soft pale pink blush cream. Isn't this such a dreamy shade? I love that it's not quite the typical pastel pink and has a more somber Fall feel to it. It's also a nice hue against my skin-tone because it doesn't bring out too much yellow warmth. Which if you're familiar with my blog, definitely doesn't happen very often with pinks for me.

The formula has a sheer application that leans on the patchy side. But it does build-up nicely for full even coverage. Consistency wise it's balanced and not too thick or too thin. It ends up drying down to a beautiful high-shine finish on its own. Shown in two coats to three and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Overall both these shades are stunning and make me want to run out asap to nab the rest of the collection. It's honestly very rare when I dislike any polish from Sally Hansen. Especially when it comes to cream shades, you can easily build quite a collection for nail art. But that said, the clear winner and must-have is Lan-Turn Up, it's such a lovely color that works year round. What do you guys think? Let me know down in the comments!

To recap, The Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure shades are now available for purchase at your local drug store like Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid. These retail for around $6.99, depending on the store and any current sales.
