Noodles Nail Polish - Enchanted Love
Enchanted Love can be described as a reddish pink jelly with holo flakies, silver holo and rainbow iridescent glitters, purple metallic flakies, and purple/gold shimmer. Wowza! A girl is nothing without her sparkly polish and this one is bringing that tenfold. I'm absolutely loving everything about this polish, from the hue to the flakes. The combination adds great depth without overwhelming the nail whatsoever. It brings out a little warmth from my skin-tone, but regardless I'm still completely here for it.
The formula has a very opaque application that could almost be considered a one coat. Like always though, I prefer that second thin coat for a bit more sparkle and depth to the finish. The consistency is surprisingly well balanced and not too thick or too thin. Usually with such a strong flakie filled base I expect some thickness, but this was so easy to work with and layer. It dries down to a minimal gritty finish that smooths out after topcoat. I experienced no staining on removal to either my nail beds or cuticles. Shown here in two coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Contrary Polish - We Sleep, We Dream
We Sleep, We Dream can be described as a dark royal blue base filled with sparkly multi chrome shimmer and holo microflakes. The gorgeous shimmer shifts from reddish brown to gold to green to blue. Of course, my camera and lights can never capture the true full shimmer color shift. Rest assured that color shift is stunning and very much noticeable in person (you can check out the other blogger photos for a peek at it). Now the color itself is right up my alley when it comes to polish that makes me weak at the knees. It looks great against my and really any skin-tone no matter the season. Definitely has my seal for must-have, this brand never disappoints.
The formula has a sheer jelly-like application that builds-up evenly for full coverage. It has a perfectly balanced consistency, not too thick or too thin. Such smooth easy layering, it's a breeze to work with. It dries down to a semi-matte finish that is smooth on its own. I experienced very minimal staining to my cuticles on removal, but none to my actual nail beds. I tend to stain easily when it comes to blues so I was pleasantly surprised at how minimal the staining actually was. Shown in two to three coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.
