Quickie Swatch - Youza HO HO HO (Stardust Polish)

 Purchased By Me

Season's Greetings! It's that time of year for being with loved ones, crazy shopping, and the release of many beautiful indie creations. Doesn't it seem like the holidays are just coming at us full speed ahead? I sure hope I'm able to keep up with all my swatches this month.

In today's quickie swatch, I have.... another Stardust Polish. So much for random picks. Well I did warn you guys before I am a huge fan-girl, hehe. This polish was released last week or so for the holidays and I just had to pick it up.

Here is Youza HO HO HO by Stardust Polish, a limited edition Holiday polish.

Youza HO HO HO is a red jelly polish filled with green, gold, and silver circular glitters. This polish is also underlying with amazing green, gold, and silver holographic mirco glitters. It should be noted that the color of polish does appear darker in person than pictured.

Swatched over a clear base, applied 3-4 thin coats, and sealed with a fast drying topcoat. Sheer in one coat unless used over an undie. You will find almost full opacity in 2-3 thin coats, however, I prefer to throw on an extra layer when dealing with jelly polishes.

On her website, Drema does warn us that there may be a small amount of glitter fishing. I, personally, did not have any glitter fishing while using this polish. However as a habit with glitter, I tend to shake bottles really well and leave it upside down for a few minutes before starting a swatch. That being said, the polish did have a nice application overall and fairly good dry-time considering how many layers I like to use.

I'm really satisfied with Youza HO HO HO, it's the perfect start to the busy month ahead! Unfortunately as of this post this polish is sold out and will not be restocked. But don't let another Stardust Polish slip away, go follow on instagram for future releases.
