Bad Bitch Polish - Basic Collection

Hiya guys. TGIF. I'm definitely feeling a little worse for wear and have caught the flu. It wouldn't be winter if I didn't get sick at least once. Anyway, today I am sharing some exciting creme polishes... and I know what you're thinking. How are cremes exciting?! Well I know we all have our preferences, but personally one of my favorite finishes to work with are cremes. From stamping to watermarbles, cremes are a must when creating some nail art for me. And that's why I was super excited when Britt from Bad Bitch Polish sent me this awesome foursome to review for her. Let's go ahead and take a look.

The Basics from Bad Bitch Polish are now available for purchase. Each full-size bottle retails for $9.50 and the mini-size can be purchased for $4.50.

Bad Bitch Polish - 16 Again

16 Again can be described as a bright pink creme polish. Great formula and consistency, really opaque. I feel like this one could have been a one coater if I had done a thicker coat. I had these on for a few days and I was so pleased at having no staining whatsoever on removal. Shown in two coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Bad Bitch Polish - Naughty Nautical

Naughty Nautical can be described as a dark teal jelly. Unfortunately this one ended up being an odd one out for me in every regard. For me the shade ends up looking too dark, in person and in photos. The formula has a patchy application and needs to be layered well to cover any sheer spots. The polish also has a bit of a stronger smell than the others, a little skunky as some would describe. Shown in three coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Bad Bitch Polish - Thistle Be Fun

Thistle Be Fun can be described as a lavender creme polish. My favorite among the basics, this is just perfect for the Spring season. I adore how it compliments my skin tone as well. This one had a similar formula and application to 16 Again. Smooth application and very opaque, dries to a nice shine on its own. Shown in two coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Bad Bitch Polish - LBP (Little Black Polish)

LBP (Little Black Polish) can be described as a onyx black creme. New favorite black alert. The formula was really opaque making this a one coat wonder. Great consistency as well, not too thin or too thick. Shown here is one coat sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Whenever I see a creme polish the first thing I ask is, 'Can it stamp?' so I thought I would do the stamp test for you! All of these actually do a fairly decent job over white, however over black they were all super faint and subtle. Definitely not worth doing it at all over black.

Overall with the exception of Naughty Nautical, I really loved these basic cremes. As I mentioned before, LBP is going to be my go-to black from now on and it definitely has my seal of approval. You'll also see a lot more of Thistle Be Fun during the Spring with nail art from me, it's such a pretty shade of lavender. Which one did you guys love the most? Are you a fan of cremes like I am?

  2. Great shades, but bummer on Naughty Nautical. I like how it stamps, but I don't care for the color on the nail.

  13. You can definitely see the teal in the stamping. What a gorgeous color. Too bad it doesn't show up on the nail. I love creams, and these look fab.
