Hiya guys! Another day, another polish to bless your nails with. I'm actually double-excited since it's a new to me brand that I'll be posting about. For today I'm sharing swatches for Week 12 of the Road to Polish Con series, which only features Rise & Shine Cosmetics as it didn't get a chance to be listed back during week six. This also marks the very last week of this series because we are officially just two weeks away from the actual event. I'm beyond excited to be able to attend once again this year, especially because it's so close to home for me. Like I've mentioned before, if you happen to spot me there please be sure to come up for a hug. Rise & Shine Cosmetics - Wishes & Tears

Wishes & Tears can be described as a light turquoise base with a slight golden blue/green shift, blue/green shimmer, blue and green sparkle, sparkling turquoise, bright purple flakies and blue/green gold color shifting flakies. Talk about making a great first impression! I am blown away by how beautiful this color and finish combination is. And just imagine how beautiful it looks under direct sunlight! Definitely captures a very mythical mermaid-ish kind of vibe and really all polish girls are mermaids deep down, haha. In all seriousness, this polish is actually one of my favorites in the whole series and if you don't have anything similar then I would say it's a must-have. Bonus points for looking so good against my skin-complexion, I feel like a sun-kissed goddess wearing this.

The formula has a very sheer application and does not build-up for complete coverage. If you take a close look, my nail lines are visible after some layering. Consistency wise it's well balanced, not too thick or  too thin, which makes layering a breeze. Easy to work with all around. It dries down to a minimal gritty finish that smooths out perfectly after topcoat. I would also like to note that I experienced no staining on removal to either my nail beds or cuticles. Shown in three coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.
