Hiya guys! We finished the Road to Polish Con, but the actually road to the event is still going as we count down the days. For today I'm sharing swatches for Very Important Polish by Girly Bits Cosmetics, which is the exclusive shade for the Polish Con VIP bag. I'm so excited to be bringing more of this brand onto my blog, about time I know! The best is that I will have even more to share from GB tomorrow. But let's not get ahead of ourselves yet, let's get right into these swatches!

Girly Bits Cosmetics - Very Important Polish
Very Important Polish can be described as a blackened base filled with shifting shimmer and glass fleck in red, orange, gold, violet, and green with a dose of holo prism flakes. Tell me I'm not the only one absolutely drooling over here! Hands down one of my favorite polishes I have swatched so far this year. The combination of shimmer, flecks, and flakes is out of this world and jaw-dropping to say the least. It gives such depth and dimension to the finish, the complexity makes this a must-have on my list. The shimmer looks subtle in my swatches, but it really comes to life under direct sunlight. I also have to note how much I love it looks against my skin-tone without bringing too much warmth.
The formula has a really great opacity throughout the application although it's not quite a one coater. Perfect self-leveling. Consistency wise it's well balanced and isn't to thin or too thick. Super easy to work with and didn't give me any issues layering. The flecks and flakes cover the nail effortlessly for a sleek finish without being overwhelming. As I mentioned before, the shimmer is unreal and comes out best under direct sunlight. It dries down to a gritty high-shine finish, but smooths out perfectly after topcoat. I'd also like to note that I experienced no staining on removal to either my cuticles or nail beds. Shown in two coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.
