52 Week Challenge - Purple Heart Stamping

Hiya guys. Thank you for all the happy wishes, I had a fantastic anniversary and weekend with my hubs. It's always nice to spend some time on time with him, just the two of us. Spending the weekend away from my nail corner has given me all sorts of inspiration. This week you'll probably be seeing a bit of double posting, but it will be well balanced from review to nail art. Hoping you guys don't mind that, but if you do please let me know so I can better schedule in the future. For today's noon post, I have some Valentine inspired stamping. Let's take a look.

52 Week Challenge - Purple Heart Stamping

Simple, but effective! I haven't been stamping nearly as much as I probably should be considering how many plates I received for the holidays. I think I end up debating too much over what base to use and forget to actual do the mani. When I swatched this particular base though, the urge to stamp was irresistible.

Here's the materials used to create this look:
  • Polishes: MTL Creations The Night's Affair
  • Pueen Plate #43 from 2013 Love Elements Set
  • Fast Drying Topcoat: Seche Vite

I wish I had more photos of this mani, because I really did like the simple stamping. Unfortunately, I didn't think about it before I took acetone to nail. I was too excited to continue on my swatch-fest, haha. I do love how this turned out though. As I mentioned before, it's simple but also a very cute pattern.

I realized after the fact that it fit perfectly with the prompt from the 52 Week Challenge from the Crumpet's Nail Tarts. Thank goodness, because I really need to catch up on my monthly challenges.

Anyway tell me guys, how do you feel about stamping? Would you be interested in reading a weekly stamping segment? Let me know down in the comments.

  3. Sometimes simple is better option. These are adorable. Makes me want to try my hand at stamping again.
