Hiya guys! I have been so hyped about Halloween, yet I haven't had the chance to make any real plans. It's definitely a challenge this year as I'm much more limited due to my health. At the very least I'll be going for Fright Fest over at Six Flags, it's kind of a tradition at this point. All that aside, I at least have planned what I'll be wearing on my nails. One of which is the polish I'm sharing with you today and that's Hocus Pocus by Nail Hoot. Hocus Pocus can be described as a black crelly filled with sparkly glitters and a pinch of holo for a truly beautiful and unique combination.

The formula has a smooth application and consistency for easy layering. Each brush stroke has so many glitters I almost felt I had to dab some off so they wouldn't overwhelm the nail. Needless to say, there is no need for fishing. Due to the heavy use of glitters it ends up drying to a gritty finish, but ends up smoothing out with a thick layer of topcoat. Shown here in three coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.

So far my favorite black polish of the season. The glitter combination feels very unique and gives the overall look of the finish an extremely sparkly look. It's really so gorgeous and has an almost squishy jelly vibe going for it. But I couldn't resist the urge to matte it and see how different it looked. I'm so glad I did and I think you guys will like it too!
