Hiya guys! Okay before I dive into polish I have to ask my polish lovers a quick question... Any BTS fans here in the polish world? If so please let me know because I need someone around my age to share my new found obsession, haha. Just in case I am the only one I won't bore you with my fan-speak and stick to the polish! And what a week it is in our polish community, it's a video game inspired Polish Pick Up this month. My inner geek has been pelvic thrusting all over the place for this theme. Okay... that sounded weird, haha. Moving on... For today I'm sharing swatches for Vengeance by Pretty Beautiful Unlimited, which is the June contribution to the Polish Pickup Collaboration. I've done quite a bit of embarrassing babbling, so let's just go straight into these swatches!

Vengeance by Pretty Beautiful Unlimited will be available for purchase through the Polish Pickup Shop Friday, June 1st at 11AM EST through June 4th. The full-size 15mL shade will retail for $12 each and there is a cap of 250.

If you're not familiar with the concept, the Polish Pickup offers a fun, interactive experience that allows you to submit theme ideas, vote for your favorite theme, and selectively purchase your favorite polishes every month. As I mentioned before, the theme that was voted for June is Video Games. This month Virginia found her inspiration from the character Kratos from God of War series.

Pretty Beautiful Unlimited - Vengeance

Vengeance can be described as a blood red base somewhere between a jelly and a crelly, with next generation unicorn pigment, micro holographic flakies, scattered holographic, red/orange/yellow shifting chameleon pigment, iridescent chameleon micro glitters and 2 types of crystal chameleon glitters. I'm going to need a few seconds to wipe the drool from my mouth over here, haha. And that's what my photos not even doing the sparkle enough justice. I'm a sucker for a rich red and this is that and then some. The combination of pigments and glitters give the base a luxurious feel, which is really funny when you think of the inspiration. Now this also happens to look fantastic against my skin-complexion and is a perfect shade to wear any day any time.

The formula has a great opacity throughout the application almost enough to be a one coater. Definitely much more than I expected from a jelly. Consistency wise it's very well balanced, not too thick or too thin. It has great build-up and coverage, plus it's easy to work with. It dries down to a semi-satin and minimal gritty finish that smooths our perfectly after topcoat. Despite it's rich color, I experienced no staining on removal to either my cuticles or nail beds. Shown here in two coats and sealed with a glossy topcoat.
