Baroness X Doomfire -Doomsday Nail Art

Hiya guys! Happy Doomsday! I have been looking forward to this day all month long because *drumroll* I get to use my bottle of Doomfire by Baroness X! My hubs actually bought it for me weeks ago on our anniversary, but I just couldn't get myself to use it until now. And then I had the dilemma of... what do I use this unicorn pee over? Doomsday makes me think of destruction and fire, so I wanted a mani that kind of had that vibe going. Here's what I came up with:

This is my first time ever owning a unicorn pee polish and I do see the hype. I mean maybe it's the polish addict in my heart talking, but I mean look at this thing. It brings anything and everything to life!

If you don't have this magic in your life go get yourself a bottle. It doesn't have to be this one in particular, there are many out there on the market, doesn't matter which you pick you just need it guys!!! Go, go, go!! Okay maybe the hype is making me a little polish crazy here, haha.

If there is anything I love doing that would be any nail art that requires a makeup sponge, haha. You just can't go wrong with it and it's just really easy and fast to do.

Here a break down of all the things I used in order to create this mani:

  • Polishes: Pipedream Polish - Harlequin and Rhythm. Zoya - Hannah
  • Topper: Baroness X Doomfire
  • Makeup Sponge
  • Liquid Latex: Simply Peel from Bliss Kiss
  • Top Coat: Seche Vite

Now let's get to the video! If you haven't already, please take a second and subscribe. If you don't know I am on a journey to reach 500 subscribers and finally be able to change my YouTube name. Half way there guys!

If you guys decide to recreate this look I would suggest adding more liquid latex around your cuticle. The colors are so vibrant and popping that cleaning around the cuticle was so frustrating and time consuming. Maybe I've just been spoiled by liquid latex and I'm just not patient enough, but I think it took like a half hour to clean-up everything. So much for all that time saved doing an effortless mani, haha.

Be sure to check out all the other ladies participating in Doomsday. And, of course, be sure to join the X Army (Baroness X fan group) on Facebook so you too can bask in the unicorn pee!
