Hiya guys. It's the middle of the week already, woot woot. I love it when time flies and I'm actually prepared to handle it. Still feeling the flu bug and there is more snow coming my way tonight into tomorrow. The only good thing, as always, is the possibility of no work because of it. Fingers crossed. Anyway, today I'll be sharing the bestie twin nails I did with the talented Jennifer aka LacqueredMama. Here's the solo shot of our flowery creation!
Flower Power! Although this didn't turn out as I would of liked, I still really like it. I definitely need more practice at my freehand flowers, it's never been a strong point.
Here's the materials used to create this look:
- Polishes: OPI My Vampire is Buff
- Acrylic Paint from American Crafts: Red, Neon Green, Grass Green, and Plum
- Detail Brush Size 00 from Winstonia
- Fast Drying Topcoat: Seche Vite
I apologize for not having a video or a pictorial for this mani. I'm still struggling with my setup and until I have my new desk and lighting, videos will be difficult to record. If you'd still like one, I'll be happy to recreate the design once I have everything. Let me know down in the comments.
As you can see in the collage, Jennifer absolutely nailed the flower pattern! She's so incredibly talented as a nail artist and blogger. If you haven't checked out her blog, go check her out at http://lacqueredmama.blogspot.com. Thank you so much Jennifer for doing these with me! I cannot wait till we can team up again sometime.
If any of you guys are interested in doing bestie twin nails with me, let me know. We can practice our freehand skills together!
Thanks Roselynn! They both turned out awesome!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE your nails! I tried doing something like that with my nails once, and it just turned into a hideous glob.
ReplyDeleteThat is so pretty. There is NO way I could ever do that to myself because my left hand is basically useless, but I would love it if someone else did it LOL.
