Zoya Naked Manicured Hydrate & Heal System

Hiya guys! I'm here with a little bit of something different that I think... well hope that you will enjoy, haha. A skin routine related post! I do believe this may be one of the first posts of this nature on my blog, so needless to say it's been much overdue. Today I'm sharing my review on the newly released Hydrate & Heal Dry Skin Kit by Zoya, which I have been able to test for about two weeks. I ended up cutting out everything else from my routine in order to properly test this kit. It especially comes at a good time because the winter weather does nothing good for my already dry skin. Well without further ado, let's take a look back at the last two weeks and how well my skin has held up.

Please note I am wearing a sheer pink tinted polish in order to hard my nail staining. That is not part of the system or kit.

As I mentioned before, skin care I haven't mentioned before on my blog but it is something that is very much part of my daily routine. That said, I do need to mention that I am fortunate that I don't suffer from much in regards to my skin. However the one thing I tend to suffer from is dry skin due to the weather as well as my extreme iron deficiency. And with the recent increase in winter and cold in Jersey this kit came at just the right time into my life. During the two weeks I removed every other lotion and cream from my daily routine and used both these products twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the late afternoon, occasionally opting for right before bed.

During my routine I applied the Healing Dry Skin Hand and Body Cream first, allowing it to fully moisturized my skin before spraying the Hydrating Serum. The cream itself has a light texture although it didn't leaving my skin feeling too sleek. It felt more like it gave my skin a bounce, almost a cushion type of tone that was very nice. The scent itself was very light and faded quickly, which was definitely a big plus for me. I tend to dislike when cream smells linger too long and much prefer subtle scents during the work week as well. Last thing I want is to be that person who smells like they used the whole bottle of perfume, haha.

Now the Hydrating Serum is what really ties together the whole system and I do not recommend trying to use one without the other. While the cream adds the moisture, the serum allows it to really disperse into your skin and gives it the light airy feeling I was missing. There is no oiley or greasy residue and it dries within a few minutes without having to massage it in. Again the serum has little to no smell so it won't interfere with anything else you decide on wearing.

Would I recommend this kit? So far... yes! I really liked the results so far, but I do think it's too soon to make an everlasting decision for me personally. I will definitely update you guys as I continue using these products solely until the bottles are finished. By the time I use the entirety of the products I should have a more founded opinion. Especially after the change in season and my commencement of IV infusions happening next month or so. Of course, we all have different circumstances with our skin and this might not work as well in such a short period for some of you. That said... Do I think it's worth a try? Definitely. The pricing on the kit used for this post is very reasonable and provides a good amount of product for you to form an opinion with.
