Nail Art Tutorial - Geometric Negative Space

Hiya guys. I'm honestly surprised I am writing this post up at all since my allergies have transcended into a possible sinus infection. My nose looks like it got the right hook from Mike Tyson, it's swollen beyond belief. But not blogging simply didn't feel right, especially when I had everything more or less done. So here we go! Today I'll be showing you guys my last mani I'll be submitting to the Preen.Me OPI Infinite Shine Challenge.

Nail Art Tutorial - Geometric Negative Space

I actually did a similar design around this time last year so this is a bit of a throwback. I always really love negative space manis, but don't do them nearly often enough.

I used three polishes from the OPI Infinite Shine line to help create this look and those would be No Stopping Me Now, We're in the Black, and Tanacious Spirit. Of course, each nail has the primer base coat and the gloss topcoat both from the Infinite Shine line. All you'll need to accomplish this look besides the polishes is a liner brush, which you can purchase at your local craft store or online.

I did manage to create a video for this look so you guys have an idea on what to do. However, it is sped up to the speed of Instagram (15 seconds).

I really hope that you guys like this nail art design and that you try to recreate it yourselves. Let me know what kind of nail art you'd like to see next!

  1. I love these! I, as well, love negative space manis and don't get to do them nearly as often as I would like to. My allergies... or something- maybe a sickness. Ugh.. either way, I love this design!
