Born Pretty Store: Stamping Plate QA79

Hiya guys, how's it going? I hope you've had a happy and safe weekend. Again, wish I could say I felt a lot better but I'm not. Fever and coughing are what's left of my flu. Anyway, for a while now I wanted to make 'Stamping Sundays' a thing around here, but time escapes me especially on the weekend. So while I can't promise stamping every Sunday, I can say I'll try and shoot for every other Sunday at least. Today is not only about showing you guys some stamping 'skillz' but also sharing my new plate from Born Pretty Store.

I'm really happy with how these turned out. Most of the time I see a plate and get a mani idea but it never turns out the way I planned. Not this time. I've recently have just become addicted to stamping, moreso ever since I finally got it to work for me. The key to have a successful stamping mani relays on having a good image plate and good opaque polishes. The polishes I used for this design are the entire Julie G Caribbean Collection which I had no idea would work this well for stamping.

The single stamping plate I used, as I mentioned before, is from the Born Pretty Store QA79. I mostly just used just the stars and a few lightning bolts for this mani, though I was tempted to use so much more.

As always, I didn't have my own photo of the plate to show you guys because I tore right into it when I received it. I just can't contain my excitement sometimes, haha. The trendy plate, as Born Pretty calls it, is freaking adorable. It reminds me of like doodling art or something like that. The best part about the plate is that every image was picked up flawlessly. I wanted to show you guys so I stamped them all on a piece of paper. I think I ended up missing one of the smiley faces and the circle one, but they do all stamp really well.

Born Pretty Store has dozens and dozens of stamping plates for you to choose from. I'm definitely going to be picking myself a few more to add to my ever growing collection. This particular plate is Item 12029 in their store and retails for $1.99 each. If you use my code ROHG10 you'll receive 10% off your purchase and as always free shipping. Shipping will take 3-6 weeks, I cannot stress this enough. Personally, I'm completely used to shipping taking at least a month for overseas items because the deals are always worth it. It's just something to keep in mind before ordering.
