12 Days of Christmas: Wrapped Presents

Hiya guys. I have an extremely short work week, like barely two days and then I'm off until January 5th. Absolutely the only thing I've been looking forward to the past few weeks. The holidays feel a little empty with my dog passing away, but we've been trying to make the best of it. After all Christmas was his favorite holiday, especially the presents. He would sniff out his among all the presents and start to tear into it early every year, haha. And that's exactly what the prompt is for the Challenge Your Nail Art group, Christmas Presents!

12 Days of Christmas: Wrapped Presents

I had this idea in my head for days so I was super excited to finally get this mani done. Simple, classy, and oh so fancy.

Here's the materials used to create this look:
  • Clear basecoat
  • Base polish: OPI Alpine Snow
  • Stamping Polish: Color Club On The Rocks
  • Stamping Plate: Pueen 65 from Set 24B - Stamping Buffet
  • Rhinestones and Pink Striping Tape from eBay
  • Glossy Topcoat: Liquid Kandi's Get Wet Topcoat

The concept was originally inspired by the amazing artist Marine Loves Polish. I initially tried to draw on the lines, but it failed pretty quickly haha. Thinking quick on my feet (and because I had to sleep) I remembered all that lonely striping tape. Long live the time-saving striping tape! Also if you guys are looking for a good silver polish to stamp with, I definitely recommend On the Rocks by Color Club. It's perfection. I hope you guys like this mani as much as I do.

Check out the other beautiful mani's in today's prompt!
