Hiya guys! Between all the holiday nail art and swatching, I completely forgot to share this look with you last month. Well it's never to late! So today I'll finally show you guys my mani I created using Rose Butterfly Nail Art Stickers from Born Pretty Store. I actually ended up wearing this mani for almost a full week without the stickers peeling off and also because I loved the look of it so much. There is something about Autumn that brings out the gold-foil loving girl in me haha.
Aren't these stickers simply stunning? I know usually I think stickers and turn the other way, but I love the quality of these. Most of all I love how well they fit on my shorter nails! Short nails need glam too after all.
The Rose Butterfly Nail Art Stickers are
For this mani I decided on a classic black shade so that I could use my 18k gold topcoat from Zoya. Talk about perfect match with these stickers! On my accent nail I wanted a chunky gold glitter polish and I couldn't think of anything better than Noelle by Daily Hues Lacquer. After waiting for my base to dry thoroughly, I placed the stickers across my nails and made sure to push them down a bit so they wouldn't lift at the edges. When I was satisfied with the placement, I sealed my mani off with two coats of a glossy topcoat.
How do you guys feel about nail stickers? I think I had such bad experiences prior to these that I was hesitate for a long time. Definitely regret not opening myself up to these possibilities before. I'm going to shop around for some more, especially for the holiday season! These make perfect stocking stuffers for my family members who love nail art, but don't have the time for a lengthy process.

ReplyDeleteI've never tried nail sticker before. I said that I was going too but then changed my mind and didn't bother. This mani looks fantastic though!
ReplyDeleteThese are so pretty! I'm not normally a fan of nail stickers because I find the transparent edges tend to lift even with top coat, and I'm so not here for that. But these ones look like they laid pretty flat and blended well with your polishes. : )
