Tux Polish - Autumn's Back! Reloaded Holo Trio

Hiya guys! How's it going today? It's been a hectic day on my end between doctor visits and figuring out all my Blogger problems. A switch to WordPress may be in my immediate future. I know a lot of my fellow blogger ladies probably feel me on this decision. But those issues aside, the show must go on and the swatches shall keep on coming (even if it takes a tad bit longer than usually) for it's the season to polish it up. Today I am sharing the Autumn's Back! Reloaded Holo Trio by Tux Polish, which is the 'sequel' to original trio I reviewed last month. And if you thought those three were gorgeous just wait till you get a look at these.

Tux Polish - Autumn's Back! Reloaded Holo Trio

The Autumn's Back! Reloaded Holo Trio by Tux Polish is now available for purchase. The trio is can be purchased as a full-size set for $25.00 and each polish individually retails for $8.55. In addition to this you can also purchase the original Autumn's Back trio along with this trio for $50.00.

Tux Polish - Holiday Fever

Holiday Fever can be described as the perfect holiday green with a holographic shimmer finish. There must be something about this time of year that is making me fall in love with greens. Yet again I find myself so enthralled, but with good reason. I love the tone of this green, reminds me of a pine tree maybe. It feels just very unique to me. The formula spreads smoothly and evenly as the super opaque consistency makes this almost a one coat. Perhaps if I used a thicker layer I may have got away with one, but I tend to prefer a lighter hand in most cases. Shown here is two coats sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Tux Polish - Apple Cider Doughnut

Apple Cider Doughnut can be described as a peachy nude shade with holographic shimmer and beautiful micro flake glitters. This shade definitely tends to lean on a more peachy direction against my complexion, but somehow I think I am pulling it off well. Not something that normally happens with a peachy shade so I am very happy about that. It also happens to be a very office-appropriate shade, which is always nice for those of use bound to a particular dress code. The formula is a little bit sheer in comparison to the other two in this trio, but it layers easily for an opaque finish. Shown here is two coats sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Tux Polish - Elderberry

Elderberry can be described as a dark blur-ple (blueish purple) holographic shade. Who doesn't like a rich and dark purple?! Easily wearable well outside the season and looks great for those date nights. I mean it really speaks volumes when even the hubs says and I quote, 'dang, that looks good'.The formula is smooth as to be expected and similar to the other two in this trio. The consistency is a perfect balance between thin and thick making it an easy one coater with how opaque it is. Shown here is one coat sealed with a glossy topcoat.

Overall the Autumn's Back! Reloaded Holo Trio has made me fall completely in love with holos like it's the first time. Now with this collection there was also a debut of new bottles for Tux Polish and personally I really love how unique they are. They do take some getting used to, but in terms of the brush it does handle just as well as before. Back to the polishes themselves though, it's not too often where I feel the need to say an entire collection (or trio in this case) are must-haves, but cannot pick between these. The quality of the formula plus the gorgeous shades are a recipe for major gushing and fangirling. With back-to-back gorgeous collections, Tux Polish has definitely become an indie to keep an eye on.

  19. I love these. Love the new bottle, too. It was actually the shape of the old bottle that kept me from buying more. Now I'll try them again.
